RESTRING
REQUESTS.
A form submission is a request for service, not confirmation that the restring job has been accepted, scheduled, or completed. We will contact you to confirm the string selection, tension, price, drop-off or collection point, timing, and any other relevant details. A booking is confirmed only when the club communicates acceptance.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, racquet information, string and tension preferences, and clear photographs if requested. Please tell us about any known racquet damage or special instructions before work begins. Collection locations and times are arrangements to be confirmed; do not leave a racquet unattended unless the club has expressly agreed.
Restringing involves working on customer-owned equipment. While reasonable care will be taken, the club cannot guarantee a particular playing feel, performance outcome, or that an older, damaged, or structurally weakened racquet will withstand restringing. If we identify an apparent risk before work, we may pause and contact you.
PAYMENT,
CANCELLATION.
Any price shown is subject to confirmation when the request is reviewed. Payment arrangements, if applicable, will be agreed directly with you before the work is carried out. Please contact the club as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a request.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
ACCEPTABLE
USE.
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submit unlawful or misleading material, or upload files that contain malware or content you do not have permission to share. We may restrict access or decline an enquiry where reasonably necessary to protect the club, users, or our systems.
Text, design, and branding on this website belong to Sydney Snail Badminton Club or their respective owners. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without permission. Tournament results, rankings, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective sources and should be attributed when reused.
